Pandemic - extended hygiene measures in our dental clinic

In order to be able to comply with the distance and hygiene rules, we ask you to do the following:

• Appointment

  • Please make an appointment by telephone.
  • Reschedule appointments immediately or cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend or have to go into quarantine.

• Appearance at the dental clinic

  • Please only enter the dental clinic when you have an appointment.
  • Wear your mouth-nose protection.
  • When entering and inside the dental clinic, please continue to wear a correctly worn medical mouth-nose protection.
  • Please disinfect your hands as soon as you enter the dental clinic.
  • If possible, please come alone at the agreed time of the appointment.
  • Patients in need of assistance may, of course, bring a companion with them if they are dependent on medical assistance. Please inform us about your companion when you make your appointment.
  • Accompanying persons may have to wait outside the dental clinic (depending on the clinic situation).

• Risk of infection?

  • If you have arrived from a new virus variant area, then postpone your appointment in good time by at least two weeks.
  • If you have had contact with an infected person in the last few days and do not have a negative PCR test, please also postpone your appointment for at least two weeks.
  • Please postpone your appointment immediately if you have symptoms that could be associated with Covid-19 disease. Even if there is currently no quarantine obligation.

We do everything to offer you maximum hygiene safety

• Vaccination against Covid-19

  • In accordance with our professional ethics, we as doctors and medical staff are of course vaccinated against Covid-19.

• Disinfection & Sterilisation

  • Our usual strict hygiene rules continue to apply.
  • We regularly disinfect all surfaces, handles, light switches and also the door handles in the dental clinic..
  • All instruments and equipment are disinfected and/or sterilised on an ongoing basis.
  • JEvery patient must gargle with a virucidal mouthwash before treatment.

• Protection

  • Glasses, mouth-nose protection and gloves are worn during all patient treatment..
  • We wear protective goggles or a transparent plastic face shield if required.
  • Consistent and high-volume suction is used.
  • During and also after each treatment, we ventilate effectively.
  • If this is not possible, professional air purification filters are used if necessary.

• Distance by reducing the number of patients

  • We have reduced the number of patients by extending the treatment times per patient. In this way, an appropriate distance can be maintained to avoid unnecessary contacts in the dental clinic.
  • Treatment schedules and appointments will be aligned as much as possible so that the distance and hygiene rules in the reception and waiting area can be observed.

If you are interested in an initial consultation, please call and feel free to register for the consultation. However, depending on the volume of patients, it may be necessary for us to put you on our waiting list.

Regulations and restrictions due to the pandemic development

Please understand that due to Covid-19 / Pandemic regulations, dental clinic operations may be somewhat restricted. It is also possible that some treatments can only be carried out under certain conditions or cannot be offered at all.

These regulations from the government and / or the health authority must then also be implemented with immediate effect. Due to the constantly changing situation, this Covid-19 / Pandemic page will be updated regularly.
